Tips for participants in video conferences

If you ever run into audio or image transmission problems during live online classes when using video conferencing, there are a few tricks you can use.

The quickest solution is to leave the video conference and join it again right away. If this didn't work for the audio transmission, then you can check if the internet connection is sufficient, if you are sitting close enough to the modem and if the audio settings of your own computer are set correctly. Maybe you just muted your computer the day before and forgot to set the audio again. If none of this works, you can shut down your computer once and start it up again. In the meantime, you can follow the vieoconference in listener mode using your smartphone and the password you received for the videoconference.
